Martin joined Ashbridge Partners in April 2023 to focus on Farms and Estates across the UK.

Prior to this he spent 23 years at the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) as a regional manager covering the Midlands and Wales. He has extensive experience in lending to Farms and Landed Estates and was instrumental in creating AMC’s credit policies relating to those sectors and more specifically in diversification, forestry and Renewable Energy.

Martin comes from a farming background in Yorkshire, has a degree in Agriculture from Wye College and is a Professional Member of the Institute of Agricultural Management. He lives in the Cotswolds with his wife Sue. They have two daughters and a working Labrador. Martin enjoys shooting, fishing, the opera, and rugby at Gloucester.
