Tom joined Ashbridge Partners in 2020 to work alongside Mark in growing the commercial lending side of the business. After studying at the University of Liverpool and Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester, Tom spent 6 years working in agricultural management. He followed this with 13 years in corporate banking, initially joining the Barclays Agriculture team and latterly as a Director in the HSBC Agri-Foods team. He was responsible for key account management of some of the bank’s larger customers spanning the landed estate, food manufacturing and agri-business sectors.

Tom lives in the Cotswolds with his wife Sarah, 3 daughters and young Spaniel. He is a long-suffering Bath Rugby supporter, and also enjoys walking and open water swimming.
